that's messed up.. I hope the police were called. Maybe they'll find a paint chip on the car they can at least guess what color the vehicle is that hit the car.. also I'm sure the car that hit her sister's vehicle has bits of paint etched onto their car as well. Good luck to your family with the insurance & cops and all..
