Spent the day in the ER (whee, bronchitis), but still got to watch the local pyros set off fireworks in the street. Here’s one, snapped with the cell camera.

Date: 2011-07-05 11:44 pm (UTC)As we were driving out of the parking lot, having trekked back to the car, I saw a trio of pryo-types setting off fireworks in the empty part of the lot. One of them threw a lit something, and it went... I dunno, 20 feet? But just as it was about to land, it instead bounced off the air and shot up into the sky in a green streak. (No further explosions, but the "bounced off the air" part was kinda O_O .)
