Sleeping Quarters

I’m in Oregon, visiting relatives. We’re staying at my Uncle Nate’s place, which is an old farmhouse he’s (slowly) restoring. The room I’m sleeping in has this nifty keen built-in bed, which I love. And, despite it being on the second floor with sloping roofs, I don’t feel claustrophobic. It’s lovely.

Anyway, we’ve got more family to visit, including a sister of Mom’s we haven’t met yet, so I’d better get going.

there was a house for sale a couple years ago that had the coolest upstairs!! There were two rooms very obviously made for a boy and a girl. The boys had a built in mates bed (I swear it was like being in a pirate ship!) and the girls had these cool matching vanities. There was a playroom in between with a laundry shoot. It was cool! Too bad Tommy would have been too tall for the mates bed by now. lol
