I've been doing my part to advance the U. S. economy by consuming! As a result, we now have:
1) a new door on the new dishwasher
2) a new valve on the heat plant
3) hot water that's up to manufacturer's specs for said dishwasher
4) a more precise (and hence, it is to be hoped, more efficient) thermostat
5) heat in the bathroom, we think. Time will tell.

Also, worked on WOW's resume with her this afternoon, which was fun -- much, much more fun than working on my own.

The kid's new french horn needs only minimal work on it, and we were able to return the teacher's loaner-horn, finally!

Made it home safe from NYC, getting tests done Monday on a *dun dun DUN* suspicious thing an ER Radiologist found important.

Holiday plans? We're doing TDay, hoping not to have family explosions, also hosting a family and friends.

Christmas...gotta figure out what to do, the tree did not survive this last move!
