Ouch... my sympathies. I hope you learn the right lesson about your mouth (whether it be "keep it shut at times like these" or "understand that sometimes you can't help that someone is hurt by what you say, you can only accept it, and decide what to do from there" or any one of a dozen other lessons.)

(Sorry, but I refuse to believe that you keeping your mouth perpetually shut is the right answer. :-) )
