We've been having some problem with loud parties in the neighborhood, so my sister was doing some googling to find the laws and stuff. She typed in something like "out of control party sacramento, ca" into Google.

Her fifth response was the California Republican Party.

[Heh, the exact search was out of control party laws sacramento, california. And there it is, the sixth result. Omitting the word "laws" made the CA Dems come up on the first page.]

Try googling noise ordinances. Or move to Davis, where people can be cited for snoring too loud. :P
