lining up the ducks
Aug. 4th, 2007 02:25 amIf all goes well, this post should post both on my LJ and my GreatestJournal. (I'm the same username on both.)
I'm just trying to get all my ducks in a row if it comes to a possible move...

Date: 2007-08-04 09:38 pm (UTC)LJ is isn't a burning theatre.. or is it? We only just got our perm accounts.. I really wouldn't want to risk losing it but then are they purging accounts for what I read?? I certainly don't write the stuff. (if I was there are other fandom places to post that stuff and you do have to be over 18).
pooh.. what ever happened to free will??

Date: 2007-08-04 09:47 pm (UTC)I got a typepad logon and blogger so I could post comments on peoples feeds, but I find now & again I actually post little things in both places (not typepad yet) because I am meeting people outside LJ who are involved in other blogging communities.. Makes keeping up rather sketchy but LJ is still my first place of journaling. I like the filters that allow me to control how much I read and when I read it. You can't really do that on some of the other sites out there... plus I like the social networking aspect of LJ .. I don't need blaring music and oversized friends listings like MYspace and whatever is out there. Sometimes I want friends to find me.. and then, sometimes I like to be able to keep my daily goings on "friends only" LJ sucks sometimes but not enough for me to leave it. This is what made me decide to go ahead with the perm account. I miss the "brad" days though. 6A is too big too care about LJ and it's people.
