I can make a PDF of my current document (it's not that difficult now that I've installed a PDF printer in windows), but it's not anywhere close to done yet.

The copies in katsterwrites are fairly current, I think. I need to sit and recopy all of them again, but I haven't done a lot of editing, so it's got to be pretty close. ;)

Actually, a current PDF document isn't a bad idea. Check the second post with the chapter listings. Just be forewarned, there's not been a lot of editing yet. :)
