katsterFrom this evening's public advisory on Tropical Storm Katrina, out just east of Florida (all caps because that's the advisory for you):
"THE RECONNAISSANCE AIRCRAFT THAT WAS ENROUTE TO KATRINA HAS HAD TO ABORT DUE TO COMPUTER PROBLEMS."
It's definitely my storm. %)
As for why I seem to be so gleefully enamored of the fact this one is named after me, well, it's an old family joke about the state of my room. ;) Besides, any mention of my given name that is not either a villain in a TV show or a certain 80s new wave band is really rather cool.
