Hmm. A game setting in which as many conspiracy theories were true as you could possibly cram in (all at once, though, not in multiple timelines like with reality quakes), and the players are the tinhatters... that could be neat. The Evil... um... Conspirators are using mind control on the population, run the governments, run the U.N., etc., etc., and you have... hmm... some way of keeping them off your back. A personal energy field that repels them, or good feng shui in your house, or just a really well made tin hat. And you've gotta stop them from realizing The Nefarious Scheme[tm].

With rules for the individual level (Investigator/Conspiracy Theorist/Mundane), the organizational level (Cult/Mass Movement/Activist Group), and backstabbers (Turncoat, Aspiring Conspiracy).

The problem I've always had with this is that there are two categories: people who KNOW, and people who are really aliens, and I don't fall into either of these categories.

Of course, saying this could be taken as proof that I'm one of the aliens, if you chose to interpret it that way.
