why my neurons are firing that I'm a worthless git when I otherwise feel okay is something I'm not going to understand.

I tried to draw you one, but the only thing I accomplished is discovering I still can't draw with a mouse for shit.

I suggest an up/down mouth as in :S with perhaps tongue sticking out in a "bleah" sort of way. Maybe slightly droopy eyes, but normal ears.
