Probably not. All my webservers I have access to are American based (Berkeley and San Diego), so I'm stuck.

But if you've got access to a Canadian webserver, put it up somewhere... :)

Word is that it's out on BitTorrent and all the file sharing programs too. This is fun!

I think it'd depend on the country in question, and how likely they are to bow to American pressure. I'd say that, in most cases, there's little to no chance of Diebold stopping the mirroring if it goes on outside the US. Which I hope happens. It'll just show very nicely why the internet cannot be regulated (and, hopefully, will help torpedo the DCMA.)

They might be able to for Canada; a lot of US laws attempt to enforce themselves on people up here.

But if you nab the memos and spread 'em around some, then your work's done. Just hope at least one other person starts mirroring 'em by the time you get C&D'd, and say "Yessir" and quietly remove your now-redundant site. ;)
