Anaheim, home of all evil. ;)
Jul. 29th, 2003 02:37 amSo I was poking through my old posts, and I came across my "upset the giants lost the series" post.
And then I fell over laughing, because
mrfnord replied to that post with:
I say we nuke Disneyland in retribution.
Christ, the next thing you know the Mighty Ducks will win the Stanley Cup...
And I fell over laughing because of how damned close that came to being true. %)

Date: 2003-07-29 07:37 pm (UTC)Okay, maybe I'm still bitter about the '95 Finals. ;p
Hugs, ice cream, and cool breezes to you.

And thanks for the thoughts of cool breezes (happened today), and ice cream (which I ate, Ben and Jerry's is good) and the hugs. I love hugs. :)

Date: 2003-07-31 07:19 pm (UTC)I'm a Detroit Red Wings fan. It's a long and complicated story that has its origins in my high school physics textbook, of all places. Yes, I am a geek, why do you ask? ^_~
Glad that the cool breezes did come your way. We've been having reasonable weather out here lately, but I sympathize. Out this way it's usually not so much heat as humidity.
Ben and Jerry's is wonderful stuff.
And I shall have to remember to send hugs your way more often, then. ^_^
