Tell me a story.
Apr. 27th, 2003 01:20 amI like this meme.
rosefox posts her explanation of it here. (You can see my comment in that thread if you'd like).
But tell me a story about somebody on your friend's list. Anybody. Make it nice, of course, your mother was right when she said 'Say nice things, or don't say them at all'. :)
I'm interested in seeing what any/all of you come up with.

Just ONE person?
Date: 2003-04-28 03:47 pm (UTC)I can tell you a story about Ked, though, or rather something I noticed about him.
Ked's one of the only people on my Friends list that I've actually met. He comes from a small town in the Midwest and his family are of Mennonitish background, so his contact with the Big Bad world has been limited. I met him at AX-NY--he drove to NY and back as part of his vacation.
And every meal I ate with him, he tried something new. In fact, since he told me about a few things he ate when I wasn't with him, I think that nearly every meal he ate in NY, he tried something new. Imagine, trying (and liking) Chinese dumplings, cold noodles with chili-peanut sauce, sushi, and grilled portobellos with goat cheese for the first time in the space of 36 hours.
Driving in Manhattan and food experimentation--this is a brave man.
