squeaky door

I really wish she'd do something about her door, it squeaks like hell, and it always makes me jump. (I've somehow become very sensitive to noise as of late.)

So...since the thing with Luns fell through, I find myself in limbo. The choices are: Live with Jamila, the obsessive-compulsive freak for the next four months, and live in fear of the confrontation that might happen, or might not (paranoia is so much fun); move downstairs where Jesse is, and have to deal with Kai as a "regular" visitor (I suspect he's living there, but I might be able to do something about that); or play the construction card and get the hell out of Dodge, and go find my own studio/one bedroom apartment that's all mine.

It's a difficult choice.

Anyway, that's my thoughts on the matter.

Now to sleep for a little bit so I can do homework. A call to jrenken distracted me. So homework after I've slept a few hours.

I am a big fan of telling your current roommate to just fuck off and deal. But then again I am an amazing bitch and I could live with that. She needs to make some concessions too you know. Just remember that you don't have to tell her what you are doing and she doesn't have to tell you what she is doing outside of the apartment, but inside the only rule you require is courtesy. Sit down with her and an unbiased other and hammer out the details then ignore her for the next 4 months. If she doesn't like it she can leave, but it is YOUR place too. Don't forget that!
