katster: (thoughtful)
The City, Not Long After, by Pat Murphy.

This book made me cry. And it reminds me that I want to blog about my city sometime, when I get the chance. Because the book put words to some of the thoughts I've had.

There's something special about San Francisco. And I need to figure out what it is.

(and I've got to stop casting Zibb mentally in the male lead's position, it makes books hurt more. OTOH, I'm casting myself in the female lead...)

you only see this city in the broad daylight... --fogtown, michelle shocked

Hello October. I see you're here again.

I hate you.

But bed now. I'll write more later.

I am a happy katster!

As you can tell by my gleeful post earlier, [livejournal.com profile] zibblsnrt has power again.

And as I promised, he told his story

It's pretty impressive. If you've ever wondered what going through a 'cane is like, or wanna know how Halifax survived, it's required reading.

That's all. :)

Note

My main blog is kept at retstak.org. I mirror posts to this Dreamwidth account, so feel free to read and comment either here or there.
