As I understand it, anybody can be nominated by any moron off the street (Ex: Gulliani is on the list too, and he did fuck-all except look brave and dusty.), but the Committee makes the final decision.

Now, if Bush wins, then it's time t hit Sweeden with the Chair Leg of Truth.
