Okay, it's utterly silly. But...it's me. Had a good day today. Hope to have an okay one tomorrow, I have to clean my room and help baste the turkey. Whee.

But it's all good.

Actually, instead of basting, you can cover your baking pan with a dome made of heavy foil. Moisture and flavor stay in, you don't have to be constantly taking your bird in and out of the oven, less cooking time and work.


...I may have to start working on a Julia Child voice. ;)
