It's James Bacon's, who was Chris Garcia's co-editor on The Drink Tank.

I did get to spend part of Sunday babysitting Chris' while he did who knows what around the convention. This duty mostly consisted of humming Thus Spake Zarathustra and pulling the sock Chris had placed on the rocket to keep it shiny off so that people could see it.
