I could have used that sign several years ago; when I was setting myself on fire, as a party trick, and ended up giving myself second degree burns on the back of my right hand. That was a crappy night. I had to sleep with my hand continuously submersed in a bowl of water to keep the pain from causing me to cut my hand off. Note: If you do end up setting yourself on fire, assess the burn appropriately before applying aid.
1st degree- Run under cold water.
2nd degree- Run under warm water.
3rd degree- Run like fuck to the emergency room.

It kinda makes you wonder why they had this sign in the first place.

Still, it is kind of appropriate for the extreme Goku cosplayers. ("I douse myself with gasoline, and set myself on fire! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!")
