Always keep a trash bag by you when packing. I know, I know, you've been throwing stuff away non-stop for six months. But you'll be surprised at how much stuff you don't need if you have a way to throw it out right next to you...

Trash bag and recycle bag, yah. Veddy useful things. Also scissors if you doodle, so you can cut out the doodle and trash or recycle the rest. *furtive look*
