Another trip to Davis

things are now starting to fall into place. Davis is harsh. You have one bad quarter (GPA of 1.5 or below, jillcaligirl somehow managed a 0.1 for the quarter), and they kick you out. Yeah, it's looking like academic dismissal is in the forecast for Jill. :P However, all is not lost for the home team, as we can petition to get her reinstated, and the person we have to talk to for that is the person she's supposed to talk to today. But she got the letter yesterday and isn't exactly in the mood to deal with it herself, so this means that yours truly has to wander out to Davis again to be moral support.

And I didn't sleep well last night at all (I don't know what happened, but I just could not sleep) and so it's going to be a long day.

Getting kicked out of school was one of the best things that ever happened to me personally. There is a bright side. It was precisely the kick in the ass I needed.

But yes, do try to reinstate her.

Though, this isn't really about academic performance as much as it is about Too Much Stuff Happening.
