I can move to Canada tomorrow if I so felt like it. Or, well, close. :) but I guess you don't have to be married to a Canadian to get across the border, but simply prove that you have been in a relationship with one for twelve months. Oh yeah, and the Canadian has to prove that he/she can support you for three years, but...

I still think I'm going to try to get across the border on my own, though.
