katsterhas been spent waiting for UPS. Which was a waste, it turns out, the University finally decided to give College-Durant access to the reshall mailroom, so we don't have to sit here all day.
anyway, on September 11th, 2002, a domain name I am associated with (with the unfortunate name of jihad.net) got mentioned on the worldwide news. And there's a very long thread on Free Republic about the whole thing. How odd it was to poke through that thread and be confronted again with the words I wrote shortly after September 11th, 2001, and hear it being called a "PR flack" by the Freepers. Ah well, ye can't win 'em all.
And it turns out CBS news referred to "jehad.net", not us. But jehad and jihad are pronounced exactly the same. Oops.
Anyway, I'm going to go see what I can see on Telegraph Ave... so, write more later.
