I wrote this originally as a comment in a friend's LJ, she and I both agreed it would probably be more appropriate over here.

Parent thread. It's an interesting idea.

My thoughts. )

Lesse. It's been an interesting couple days.

Well, my second quiz came out a 25/25 in assembler. So that puts me at a 46/50, which is definitely A range. Still a bit sore, but better. And he said I'm doing really well, my teacher did, so that makes me happy.

In a week, I go to schedule my GRE exam. This test is pretty important for my grad skewl prospects, so I need to pass. Yes, Mr. President, I'm doing my best to get my life back on track. And one of those things is to get my act together and get my grad skewl applications in. I think I've got a pretty good shot to get in. I present a decent record, a well-rounded applicant, I can write, I know computers...I should hopefully be able to get in at one of my four choices.

It'd be great to get into Berkeley or UDub, but we'll see what happens.

But we'll see...

Lesse, in the next few days, I need to work on Project Bookworm and Descartes.

...gah

if she hadn't lectured today in powerpoint class, I'd have finished my work. As it was, I should have done it anyway, but I got distracted by SimCountry.

Look me up, I'm the president of the People's Democratic Republic of Berzerkeley.

However, this president has to get to math class. Catch ye latah!
