A couple of high school sweethearts got married in the local Catholic Church here in Anderson, California. He was 19, she was 18, and they'd both graduated from the local high school a year previoius. The date was April 2nd, 1977.

Now, today, twenty five years later, he's 44, she's 43. They've got two kids, both girls, one 23, one 19. And in a day and age where divorce is fairly common, and through all the hard times they've been through (some financial problems, a cancer scare), they celebrate being married for 25 years.

To my mom and my dad, congrats, and here's to another 25. :)

Oh, yay!

YAY FOR KAT'S MOM AND DAD!! Woo!

My parents had their 25th a few years ago. (My parents are kinda old. ^_^;) I hope that I'll have kids who will be able to say that about me and Rob in 25 years! We've already been through financial hardships and a cancer scare, so we're two for two! ^_^d
